Yep. That's right. Another Brink inspired sculpt. (Last one, I promise). I just love the character design so much and they offer great resource for practising my Zbrushing! Anyways, this guy is called The Eel. Created from a basic Zsphere basemesh, polypainted, transposed, decimated, and sent through to Maya to be rendered in Mental Ray. The final composite was done in After Effects with render passes consisting of a basic color and AO for each pose. Looking at it now, there's more I'd like to add to him, but as he was a learning exercise for me, I'd rather move on and advance to the next thing... Approximately 25 hours on this one. Enjoy!
